Nina Roe - Chef
Suffolk born chef Nina Roe, starting her career in 2014. With a focus and passion to showcase the wonderful produce and ingredients that Suffolk has to offer.
As well as being a chef, Nina is a beekeeper, forager and a keen gardener. Nina creates seasonal, mediterranean inspired vegetable focussed dishes, using produce grown in her kitchen garden and from local growers.
Nina, has gained a wide range of experience in the catering industry and events management. Honing her culinary skills having worked with Sabrina Ghayour and completing internships at Ottolenghi and Honey & Co. Nina is also a recipe developer and has had serveral of her recipes featured in ’The Guardian’.
